Head Waiter / Host

Our guests come for the food and stay for you.

Not just as a head waiter, but as a host, leader and our right hand in day-to-day operations.

Your role:

You make every guest feel seen, welcome and comfortable. You’re the person who sets the tone in the room, keeps an eye on everything and radiates genuine warmth.

You

• welcomes our guests as part of our community
• serve more than just food—you serve an atmosphere
• keep a clear head even in the busiest moments
• make every guest feel a little happier when they leave

And at the same time, you keep the whole place running

• You lead the service and ensure everything runs smoothly
• You take responsibility for planning, structure and quality
• You coordinate between the service team and the kitchen
• You lead, motivate and develop our team
• You bring your own ideas and play an active role in developing our business
• You’ll take on more responsibility step by step, with the goal of running day-to-day operations independently.

What you bring to the role

• A passion for people, food service and genuine hospitality
• A positive attitude—good vibes are part of the job here.
• A sense of responsibility and a desire to keep developing
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay calm amid the hustle and bustle
• Team spirit and a hands-on attitude

Important

Experience as a head of service is an advantage, but not essential. What matters much more is that you’re willing to grow into the role.
